This is a wonderfull Absinthe. Un Emile La Blanche is the fourth absinthe I have tried and so far the best. To me it's very similar to Versinthe La Blanche, which is also very good, but Un Emile seems to have a more balanced flavor and a beautiful aroma. It is even sweet enough to use very little if any sugar at all. The distiller took great care in making this one and I can't wait to try more. I would deffinently recommend Un Emile to anybody wanting to experience a truly good absinthe. It's much better than anything available here in the U.S. If people would educate themselves enough to know the difference between Green Fairy hype and the truth about this wonderful drink and its history, maybe we'll see absinthe in America once again. Untill then I'll be a loyal customer of Alandia. I would also like to add...great service Alandia!! Shipping took less than a week to Tennessee. I'll be placing another order soon.

Der Pernot Blanche Absinthe ist wirklich recht gut. Wunderbar ausbalanziert wenn auch ein bißchen simpel aber alles in allem sehr lecker. Der Wermutgeschmack kommt etwas stärker und deutlicher durch als bei den meißten anderen kommerziellen Absinthen. (auch im Vergleich zu den anderen Emile Absinthen ist der Wermut beim Blanche ein wenig deutlicher). Die Trübung ist leider ungefähr so dünn wie die vom Emile, höchstens eine Kleinigkeit stärker, irgendwo zwischen Emile und Lemercier anzusiedeln würde ich sagen. Zweifelsohne aber einer der beseren Absinthe die der heutige Markt zu bieten hat.
